Prep time: 10 minutes, plus time for butter to chill
In a small bowl, combine butter, gochujang, chives, honey, and garlic. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour for flavors to blend. Makes about 2/3 cup.
Tip: Gochujang is a spicy, savory, pungent Korean condiment made from red chilies, glutinous rice, and fermented soybeans. Look for it in the ethnic section of your supermarket and at Asian markets.
