Prep time: 5 minutes
Freeze time: 2-4 hours
Freeze the washed green grapes until solid.
Toast and chop the pistachios.
Scoop the vanilla ice cream into bowls or dessert dishes.
Grate the frozen grapes over the ice cream, covering it with a thick layer of grape shavings. We recommend using a rotary cheese grater, or Microplane.
Drizzle the honey over the grated grapes and ice cream.
Sprinkle the toasted, chopped pistachios on top. Serve immediately.
Pair with Sparkling wine from California or Muscat/Muscato.
