Using wood board or other hard, rectangular surface, spread butter in “petal” shapes or other design. Leave some room around the edges to garnish. Sprinkle with salt, lemon zest and chopped herbs. “Plant” radish slices in butter. Garnish with whole herbs and radishes. Add edible flowers for color. Serve with warm bread or crackers.
*Note: Allow butter to come to room temperature for easier application. For a fluffier texture (like shown), whip the butter.
Alternate herbs: Dill, rosemary or parsley.
