Ingredients:

– 1/2 cup (4 ounces) Real California Cream Cheese – 1/2 cup (4 ounces) Real California Ricotta cheese – 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 3 cups (12 ounces) grated Real California sharp Cheddar cheese – 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion – 1/3 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

Prep time: 20 minutes, plus time for salad to cool and to set

In a large bowl, combine Jell-O and 2 cups boiling water, stirring to dissolve Jell-O. In a medium bowl, combine marshmallows and 2 cups boiling water, stirring to dissolve marshmallows. Stir marshmallow mixture into Jell-O mixture; set aside to cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally. Stir in pineapple (with its juices). Transfer to a 3-quart serving bowl or to twelve 1-cup serving bowls; set aside in the refrigerator until set.

Whip whipping cream to soft peaks; spread over salad. Sprinkle cheeses on top; set aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
