Preheat oven to 350°F and butter a 12-cup muffin-tin. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, Cheddar, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack, 1 cup bacon and jalapeño together until combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Press one wonton wrapper into each prepared muffin cup. Fill each cup evenly with jalapeño mixture. Bake until cheese is melted and wonton wrappers are light golden-brown and crisp, about for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool in muffin-tin before transferring to a serving platter. Garnish with remaining bacon and green onions.
Serve and enjoy.
Serves: 12 servings
Tip: Feel free to substitute an additional 1 cup of shredded Real California Cheddar cheese for shredded Real California Monterey Jack and shredded Real California Mozzarella cheese.
