Prep time: 20 minutes
In the jar of a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, orange juice concentrate, 1/3 cup milk, and 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Add more milk, if necessary, to reach desired consistency. Set aside about 1/2 cup of mixture and add remaining to 2 serving glasses.
Use the same blender jar to combine strawberry ice cream, freeze-dried strawberries, remaining 1/2 cup milk, and remaining 1/4 teaspoon vanilla. Add more milk, if necessary, to reach desired consistency.
Add about 1/2 cup strawberry mixture to reserved orange mixture. Add strawberry-orange mixture to serving glasses. Add remaining strawberry mixture.
Top with whipped cream and sprinkles.
Serves 2.
