Mango Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

– 1 3/4 cups Real California whole milk – 1 cup Real California plain yogurt, or Real California plain kefir – 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup – 2 tablespoons chia seeds – 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats – 4 mangos, cut into 1/2-inch pieces, plus more for garnish :Mango, Oats, Kefir

Directions:

Prep time: 10 minutes

In a large bowl, whisk milk, yogurt, honey and chia seeds together until combined. Add oats and mango and mix to combine. Divide mixture between 2 resealable glass containers or jars.

Cover and refrigerate until set, at least 6 hours, or overnight. Garnish with additional mango. Serve and enjoy.

Tip: Stir in 1/4 teaspoon each of ground turmeric, ginger, cinnamon and cardamom to the yogurt mixture to create Mango Turmeric Overnight Oats.

Substitute Real California strawberry yogurt drink for Real California plain yogurt or Real California plain kefir to create Strawberry Mango Overnight Oats!
