Ingredients:

– 1 (12-ounce) package white kaong sugar palm fruit in syrup, drained – 1 (10.5-ounce) package nata de coco (coconut gel), drained – 1 cup Real California whole milk, or Real California half & half – 1 cup Real California sweetened condensed milk – 5 mangos, cut into 1/2-inch pieces :Cottage Cheese, Dip, Trending

Directions:

Prep time: 5 minutes (plus chilling time)

In a large bowl, combine palm fruit, nata de coco, milk, sweetened condensed milk and mangos. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, until chilled. Serve and enjoy.

Tip: Nata de coco is a chewy, translucent, jelly-like food common in Filipino cuisine. It can be used in fruit salads, halo-halo, coconut cakes, ice creams, soft drinks, bubble tea and yogurts. Nata de coco can commonly be found at your local Filipino grocery store or purchased online.
