– Spicy soppressata
– Cranberries
– Pomegranate
– Dried white figs
– Marcona almonds
– Pistachios
Garnish:
– Pink/red peppercorn clusters
– Rosemary
– Sage
– Bay leaves
– Edible flowers∶
• Bachelor button∶ white
• Carnation∶ red (alternative∶ yellow with dill blossoms)
