– 1-pound clarified Real California butter or ghee – ¼ red bell pepper seeded and chopped – ¼ tomato seeded and chopped – 2 tablespoons whole coriander – 2 ½ tablespoons whole cumin – 2 tablespoons whole caraway seed – 1 tablespoon whole black pepper – 2 tablespoons chili flakes – 1 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Combine all spices and salt. In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, warm butter or ghee to 290 degrees or just below smoking point. Pour over spice mixture and let sit until cool. Strain into a small container.
