Ingredients:

– 8 cups spinach leaves (about 4 ounces) – 2 cups Real California plain or coconut kefir or drinkable yogurt – 1 cup ice cubes – 1/2 cup shredded coconut, plus more for garnish – 1 banana, frozen – 1/2 avocado, frozen – Honey or other sweetener to taste – Hemp seeds, for garnish :Frozen Drink, Smoothie, Kefir Drink, Coconut, Avocado, Banana, Spinach

Directions:

Prep time: 8 minutes

In the jar of a blender, combine spinach, kefir, ice, coconut, banana, and avocado; blend until smooth. Add honey to taste. Serve garnished with additional coconut and hemp seeds.

Makes 4 small servings or 2 large servings.
