Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, combine raspberries, yogurt, honey, chia seeds and vanilla extract.
Dollop 1 tablespoon-sized portions of raspberry mixture 1-inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Freeze for 1 to 2 hours until firm.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, Combine chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave on high in 30-second increments, stirring between each increment, until melted and smooth. Dip each frozen cluster into chocolate to coat and sprinkle with flakey salt. Transfer back to the prepared baking sheet. Freeze until chocolate is set, about 5 minutes.
Transfer clusters to a resealable plastic bag and keep frozen until ready to serve.
Serves: 4
Tip: Substitute sliced strawberries, blueberries or blackberries for raspberries.
