Burt’s Honey Ricotta Toast
Recipes
Ingredients:
– 2 1/2-inch-thick slices rustic bread, toasted
– 1/4 cup Real California ricotta cheese
– 2 heaping tablespoons chopped pear
– 2 tablespoons chopped glazed walnuts or pecans
– 2 teaspoons honey
– 2 pinches cinnamon

Directions:
Prep time: 5 minutes, plus time to toast the bread
Spread toast with cheese, then arrange pear and nuts on top. Drizzle with honey, sprinkle with cinnamon, and serve.
