In a small bowl, combine butter and chili powder. Set aside for brushing corn.
Slice ears of corn in half lengthwise. Cut halves in half lengthwise to create four ribs.
Brush ribs with butter mixture. Working in batches, if necessary, place ribs in air-fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 10 minutes until corn is tender and light golden-brown.
Brush ribs with mayonnaise and sprinkle with Queso Fresco. Top with additional chili powder and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges and enjoy.
